Black Rock Bay is a lovely community set on Vancouver Island on the West Coast of Canada.  The secrets and sorrows that consume this little community will bring interesting alliances among the residents.

Bullying has existed for a very long time and Black Rock Bay is no stranger to its affects.  Is bullying a problem that can be quietly swept under the carpet or will it show its ugly head?   When a suicide happens, can the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) crack the case or will they have to call on the assistance of Officer Brittany Stevens of the Vancouver Police Department?

Suddenly the town folks are aware that it has been a little while since they last saw him around this quiet ocean side community.  People start asking questions and soon discover some interesting evidence that could be connected to his disappearance.  Will they find out what happened to Henry Peabody?
