Children's Stories

Children are such sponges when it comes to stories and music.  I loved using pictures to tell stories to my own children and so it was an easy transition to writing Children's Stories.  I take an idea or picture that is unfolding in my mind and write it down.  Add some illustrations and a book is born.

Misha and the Christmas Turkey

I am going on a fun adventure when I go to Farmer Bob's Turkey Farm.  What is your favorite part of Christmas?

Misha and the Spooky Halloween Party

Here is the cover for the first book.  I get to invite some of my buddies to this cool party.  I am even going to invite the new kid on my block.

Misha and the Green Rubber Boots

Picture

Have you ever wanted to explore all those great puddles that come from melting snow?  Misha couldn't wait to get outside and do exactly that but first he needed to find his green rubber boots.  Do you know where your rubber boots are?
Other Misha books in the development stage:

Misha and the Gigantic Puddles
Misha and the Large Dog
Misha and the Little Kitten
Misha and the Ladder Truck

Misha has come alive!

My Character - Misha - the little 7 year old boy in my Children's Books - has come alive. I have received the final colour illustrations for the Spooky Halloween Party story.  Keep an eye open for the publication date.

Do your running shoes talk to each other?  Do they have cute names?  Well, Little Johnny's shoes talk to each other and their names are Teddy & Freddy.  Run along beside them as they take Little Johnny to the park on a Saturday morning.  Teddy & Freddy enjoy the adventure.  I hope you do as well!
Teddy & Freddy are coming alive! See details on my blog page.

The Little Snow Flake

Picture

The winter weather makes you feel like you want to stay inside where it is all warm and cozy.  For snowflakes, this is not a good idea. They belong outside where they can float on breezes and watch the children play.  Listen as I tell the story through the eyes of the Little Snowflake.
